Since 2007, SONEC is a company specializing in the design, manufacture and marketing of retention tanks and fire protection systems for electrical transformers, in order to avoid soil pollution.

Our fire protection tanks and systems are made in France and comply with the latest European and British Standards regarding bunding, retention tanks and environmental protection.
Our fire protection system has been successfully validated by the French fire laboratory, CNPP (PE 11 8643A according to ERDF specifications).

At the beginning of 2020, SANERGRID decides to transform its SONEC subsidiary with a new "Services and Installation" activity: SONEC becomes the first company in Europe to be certified by Kolektor ETRA and with the KESA label (Kolektor ETRA Service Ability) authorizing it the on site supervision and installation on behalf of the manufacturer of its power transformers.
