The HVIC silicone coating extends the life of your products and increases their reliability at a lower cost. It prevents excessive leakage current, discharge elongation and arcing, minimizing maintenance requirements.
HVIC silicone is resistant to UV radiation, temperature variations, corrosive environments and aluminum hydroxide pitting caused by arcing in dry tape.

SILPROCOAT is a single component silicone elastomer coating with very good adhesion properties. It is an ideal solution for encapsulating lead paint and protecting electrical systems equipment, fastening hardware, metal structures, oil and gas storage tanks, piping and metal barriers from corrosion.
The excellent performance of the RTV (room temperature vulcanization) silicone rubber coating prevents corrosive elements from penetrating the silicone barrier and attacking the metal surface.
This coating eliminates or reduces :

- galvanic corrosion due to exposure to salt spray or chemical environments
