In July 2022, SANERGRID® and SONEC® became part of the SANERGRID® Group with the creation of a new legal entity SYNERDIS®.

“This new company will enable us to clarify our offering by separating our engineering, design and manufacturing activities, which will remain with SANERGRID, from our sales representative and equipment distributor activities, which will join SYNERDIS,” confirms Mr Bourseul, CEO of the SANERGRID® Group , before continuing: “The SANERGRID® Group will retain all its DNA, namely expertise in the world of transformers and high-voltage substations. It is now organised around 3 entities that are 100% subsidiaries of the Group, each of which will be dedicated to its core business: SONEC® for Services activities, SYNERDIS® for Distribution and Agent activities, and SANERGRID® for Engineering, Manufacturing and Environmental Protection activities. This announcement was made official on Monday 29/08/2022 at CIGRE.

Mr Bourseul also sets out his short-term economic objectives: “This division into business lines will give us greater clarity over time about our activities and results, not only for our customers and partners such as KOLEKTOR ETRA, who are welcoming us to their stand S103 at CIGRE 2022 this week, but also for our shareholders and future investors. This organisation will enable us to provide each structure with sufficient resources to enable them to grow independently and at their respective speeds, with the immediate aim of doubling our overall turnover in 3 years”.
